Refunds & Exchanges

Items can only be exchanged or refunded if returned in their original condition with the disclaimer label still attached.

You have 7 working days to return your item for a refund minus postage costs.

You have 14 working days to exchange your item to a different size.

Should you require a different product please request a refund and re-order.

Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense. 

In the event that the item is faulty or we have made a genuine mistake we will cover your costs for returning the item.

When returning your item please use the returns address label overleaf.

We recommend that you return your item recorded to ensure it reaches us and keep your proof of delivery.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process and reach your account. 

Please note that we only allow an exchange of the same item once.
