It is indeed, as your payment is processed on SagePays secure servers, they handle all payment details. Our site is also protected by a 128bit security system.
When will I be charged?
If your payment has been authorized, payment will leave your account immediately. You will receive an email stating that your order is being processed.
Which currencies do you accept?
We accept Pound Sterling(£), US Dollars($), Euros(€), Australian Dollars($) & Swedish Kroner (SEK).

Will I Be Notified When My Order Has Been Placed?
Yep! Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number & order details. Once your order has reached our warehouse our team will process your order. At the stage you will receive a second email to confirm the dispatch of your order.
Am I Able To Cancel My Order?
You are able to cancel your order 20 minutes after placing the order. After this time you will be unable to as our super speedy team will already have processed & shipped your order.
My Parcel Has Not Arrived On Time, What Should I Do?
We are sorry to hear of this. Sometimes delays can occur for many reasons, please contact us & our team will assist right away.

If you are lucky enough to have a discount/gift code, please redeem it in your shopping bag/the check out stage. Please note discount codes cannot be used with sale items & can only be used once per order.
