Daisy Street has successfully relaunched and is growing fast. We are hiring a Social Media Manager to accelerate our next phase with smart strategy, strong execution and great taste.
We want someone hands-on, fast-moving and confident. Someone who is organised, proactive, plugged into culture and able to deliver consistently strong work. A self-starter who sees opportunities, takes initiative and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
The role
• Lead social strategy across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
• Post daily content, maintain a consistent cadence and keep platforms active and on-brand
• Manage and grow all social media accounts day-to-day
• Reply to DMs, comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned way
• Work closely with the Creative Director to execute the brand vision with clarity and consistency
• Direct and produce content, shoots and campaigns
• Help plan shoots and liaise with freelancers, creators and collaborators
• Manage gifting, outreach and creator relationships
• Identify trends early and translate them into relevant content and campaigns
• Maintain an efficient, proactive and reactive content calendar
• Track performance, report insights and make recommendations based on data
• Spot opportunities to improve performance, workflow and creative output and take action to drive change
What we are looking for
• 3 plus years experience in a similar social role, fashion or lifestyle preferred
• Organised, proactive and confident taking initiative without needing close supervision
• Hands-on with content creation including shooting, editing and directing
• Thrives under pressure, embraces problem solving and delivers at pace
• Highly aware of trends in fashion, social and culture with strong instincts for what is next
• Brings smart, original ideas and follows through to execution. If it is a good idea, make it happen
• Comfortable managing schedules, priorities and deadlines independently
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Analytical mindset, able to use data to guide decisions and refine strategy
• High standards, sharp eye and positive energy
Daily responsibilities will include
• Posting content manually or via scheduling tools
• Managing the inbox across all channels including DMs, comments and replies
• Community management and engagement with creators and customers
• Building and maintaining a consistent brand voice online
• Identifying content gaps and opportunities and acting quickly
• Staying ahead of cultural shifts and relevant conversations and using them to inform activity
