PRE-ORDERS
Products for Pre-Order will have their specific date of when we expect the stock to arrive, all orders will be fulfilled following that date. If you place an order combining In-Stock items with Pre-Orders, your order will be shipped along with the Pre-order.
UK DELIVERY
Royal Mail Saver Delivery: Tracked Service £4.99
Delivery usually takes up to 2-4 working days. Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Next Day: 24 Hour Service Tracked £5.99
Next Day delivery on orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day (Monday through Thursday).
Next Day orders placed on Friday before 3pm could potentially be delivered on Saturday but please note this isn't guaranteed. If you require next day delivery for orders placed on Friday, then please select Saturday delivery at the checkout.
Next Day orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Next Day orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery Tracked £9.99
If you require next day delivery for orders placed on Friday, then please select Saturday delivery at the checkout.
Please note during busy periods your order can take longer to arrive than the displayed delivery times - UK Bank Holidays can lead to delays also - any orders placed during the Friday-Monday will be processed the following working day. We thank you for your patience :)
Please note during our promotional sale. Sale items may show in stock at the time of an order being placed, however on some occasions the item(s) may be out of stock in which the out of stock item(s) will be refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note: International orders may be subject to extra customs fees beyond our control, charged by the receiving countries courier discretion once handed over by Royal Mail.
*Please note that there is a 2kg maximum limit on all orders for the quoted shipment price and anything over the max limit then we’ll be in touch to arrange payment for additional postage costs.

Royal Mail Express Tracked - Delivery with end to end tracking so you know where your parcel is at all times!
UPS Express Tracked - Delivery with end to end tracking so you know where your parcel is at all times!
Returns (UK & INTERNATIONAL)
Please note we currently cannot offer a free returns service in the UK or outside of the UK. Returning your order to us will be at your own expense. Please use the following link to create your return postage label, once your package has arrived & processed, we will deduct £3 from your total refund.

Exchanges in the UK are free and will have no charge applied for your return.
Please note we cannot accept returns/exchanges for items that are on or in the sale/outlet category.
International orders are not able to be processed with the above link and will be sent at your own expense via any postal service available to you. We are unable to refund original postage costs as this payment is captured by our courier provider.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items can only be refunded if returned in their original condition with the disclaimer label still attached & the product is unworn/misused.
Please note we cannot accept returns for items that are in the sale/outlet category.
Custom printed T-shirts made through the Clothing Customiser will only be refunded if there is a fault with the garment itself E.G. a rip, tear, dirty etc.
Vintage items can only be returned if faulty, some damage and distressing may already apply to the garments.
In the event that the item is faulty or we have made a genuine mistake we will cover your costs for returning the item.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process and reach your account.
