Pre order items will ship when stock arrives. Orders with both in stock and pre order items are sent together.
International customers are responsible for any customs or import charges in their country.
During busy periods delivery can take slightly longer.
Customer Service Response Times
All emails regarding orders & delivery will be replied to within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays, when our offices are closed). For office opening hours & contact details, please visit contact page.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order products will display the expected stock arrival date. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together, once the pre-order stock arrives.
UK Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked Saver Delivery (£4.99) usually takes 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri). Royal Mail Tracked Next Day (£5.99) is available for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday; orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Next Day orders placed on Friday before 3pm could arrive Saturday, but this is not guaranteed. For guaranteed Saturday delivery, please select Royal Mail Tracked Saturday Special Delivery (£9.99). Orders placed after 3pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. Please note that during busy periods such as sales or UK Bank Holidays, delivery may take longer. Orders placed Friday–Monday will be processed the following working day.
International Delivery
International orders may be subject to customs fees and charges beyond our control. Orders exceeding courier weight restrictions may incur extra costs, and we will contact you if this applies. Royal Mail Standard (untracked) delivery is available for ROI (7–10 working days, £7.99), EU (7–14 working days, £8.99), USA & Canada (10-20 working days) and Rest of World (10–20 working days, £9.99). Royal Mail Express Tracked is available for ROI (3–4 working days, £12.99), EU (3–4 working days, £13.99), and Rest of World (4–6 working days, £14.99). UPS Express Tracked is available for USA/Canada (2–3 working days, £14.99) and Asia (2-3 working days, £19.99).
Please note delivery times are estimates, and delays can occur during busy periods or UK Bank Holidays.
Returns (UK & International)
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition with disclaimer label attached, unworn, and unused. Returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty or we made an error. For UK returns, please use our returns portal; £3 will be deducted from your refund for postage, but exchanges are free. International customers must arrange and pay for their own return postage, and original delivery costs cannot be refunded. Sale/outlet items are non-returnable. Custom printed T-shirts are only refundable if faulty (e.g., tear, print defect). Vintage items can only be returned if faulty, as distressing is part of their character. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return, though UK Bank Holidays may cause delays.
