PRE-ORDERS
Products for Pre-Order will have their specific date of when we expect the stock to arrive, all orders will be fulfilled following that date. If you place an order combining In-Stock items with Pre-Orders, your order will be shipped along with the Pre-order.

1: I haven't received an order confirmation.
Upon placing an order, you will automatically be given an email, depending on your email provider this may be found in the Spam/Junk Folder. If your email provider isn't with Outlook/Yahoo/Hotmail/Gmail it's possible that it will be flagged as suspicious and won't get sent. In that case, please let us know and we will manually send it you. If you have made an account then you can view your order status from there.
2: My order hasn't been dispatched yet.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak all of our employees are following the social distancing regulations, which means there are less workers resulting in possible delays with order processing. We are working to get your order out as fast we can. This applies to our couriers aswell.
3: Where is my international order?
Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 outbreak, customs and international processing via Royal Mail have now advised us that some packages will be delayed up to 6 weeks. This doesn't affect every single order as the average has been fulfilled within 10 working days. Please bare with us as it is out of our control once orders leave our warehouse and you receive the shipping confirmation.
4: How do I track my order?
If you paid for a tracked service, once your order has been marked as dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and notification email from Daisy Street, which will link you to Royal Mail. Alternatively, if you have made an account on Daisy Street then you can view your order status from there.
Royal Mail will also let you know the day of, that the package is being delivered that day.
